Newcastle United boss Rafa Benitez is keen to strengthen in the winter transfer window, but is yet unsure whether he will be handed a cash to spend

Newcastle United sent a scout to the recent Primeira Liga clash between Benfica and Vitoria Setubal.

Previously linked Greece international midfielder Andreas Samaris came on as a late substitute in the 6-0 win for the hosts at Estadio da Luz.
